Hotel Info for non-local teams: Individual and group bookings available to apply to requirements. Ten (10) room nights required. Teams must be registered and paid before booking hotels. Rooms are booked through THS, information will be sent to all registrered teams when the hotel rooming site opens. Each reservation has to be associated with a team, any cancellation may effect acceptance status of the team. Division Clarifications: **12 "Club" division is for 11's & 12's - A two day event (Sat & Sun) Entry fee is $475 ** 14 "Power" division is 13/14 OPEN 18's divisions are OPEN & CLUB 15's-17's divisions are OPEN, POWER & CLUB 13's-14's divisions are POWER & CLUB Team registration is through Sportwrench.com. Refunds must be submitted via email to info@lilbigsouth.com November 18th, 2022: Last day to receive a full refund regardless of acceptance status. If desired division is full eligible teams may cancel their registration and receive a full refund OR the team may elect to go on a Waiting List. Teams on waiting list who have completed all their requirements on the waitlist who decide to withdraw their application, will receive a full refund. |
