Admissions:

We will be offering Early Bird Pricing from the opening date of admission until 9PM the day before the event begins! See early bird pricing below:

Early Bird Daily Pass: $15.00 each

Early Bird Tournament Pass: $36.00 each

After 9PM on the day before the event, early bird pricing will no longer be available. See standard pricing below:

Standard Daily Pass: $18.00 each

Standard Tournament Pass: $45.00 each

All spectators will need to show their pass with a corresponding photo ID to enter and re-enter the event. Only children 10 & Under are admitted free.

Hotels:

For the NIKE Savannah Showdown, all clubs residing more than 60 miles from the playing venue must secure at least 12 hotel room-nights per team through THS to be accepted into the event!

THS will be handling the NIKE Savannah Showdown tournament hotel block this year!

Participants wishing to stay in the tournament hotels can make reservations after 11AM EST October 22nd via THS.

1. Going online using the THS link (link available Wednesday, October 22nd at 11AM)

2. Calling the THS Reservation Department (toll free) at 888-536-8326 and referencing the NIKE Savannah Showdown.

Refund Policy:

A team may drop from the event and receive an entry free refund up to 45 days prior to the first date of tournament play.

If the event is canceled for any reason entry fees will be refunded to all teams minus $25 if after December 15th and $50 if after January 15th to cover expenses already incurrred, such as awards, non-refundable facility deposits, shipping, etc.
