Registration will be on Sportwrench.com for Team Entry.  Team Entry Fee payment can be completed through Sportwrench with a service fee of approximately 3%.  Payment can also be completed through your SRVA club account in the SRVA Online System with no service fee expense.

Team Registration opens October 1st.  Team acceptance begins on November 1st.

Team entry is open until 10 days prior to the tournament.  Team entry after this deadline will incur a late fee of $25.  Contact the region office for Team Entries after the deadline.  No late registrations will be allowed after the play schedule is posted with limited exceptions as determined by the region.

Teams that need to withdraw from this tournament need to contact the region office prior to the start of the tournament.  Entry fee will be refunded if the withdraw is prior to the entry deadline or if after the deadline, if another team is available to replace that team. 

Play schedules for this tournament will be posted on Tuesday the week of the tournament at Sportwrench.com.
