TEAM ACCEPTANCE STATUS

Teams will be accepted into the tournament once the registration fee is paid. If you register, but do not pay the registration fee, there is a possibility that your team will be put on the waitlist. Registration is through AES.

LIVE STREAMING OF EVENT

No, live streaming will not be available for New Year's VolleyBash. Families are welcome to bring their own filming equipment.

COACHES MEETING

There will be no coaches meeting at this tournament. Rather, we welcome you to review the information posted on our website: www.southernvolleyball.com.

ADMISSIONS

Spectators - including "chaperones" or "team reps" - whether rostered or not - will be charged $10 per day for admittance to the tournament. Children under 10 years old are free. Players, coaches, and college coaches will be admitted without cost.

DIVISION MINIMUMS

Each division will require a minimum of six teams to be viable. If a division has less than six teams, SVT will make every effort to move them to another division. If that is not possible, SVT will offer the affected team a refund.

ARTIFICIAL NOISE

No speakers, radios, air horns, bells or the like will be permitted in the gym.

Food tables will not be permitted inside the facility.

Refund Provisions:

If your division hasn't filled, we will give full refunds if requested on or before December 26, 2023. If you withdraw your team from the tournament after their division has filled, we will not refund your registration fee.
