Team registration for this tournament will be through Sportwrench.com  

ADMISSIONS 

Upon purchase a QR code will be sent via email. This QR code will need to be presented along with a valid form of ID i.e. drivers license for entry into the tournament. This process is done in order to ensure that our events are kept private and to better protect the athletes and spectators. Children under 5 are free. Admission tickets will be $12 for 1 day and $20 for both.

TEAM CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Withdrawal requests must be made in writing to tournaments@a5volleyball.com

Withdrawals made in writing by 45 or more days in advance will be refunded the full entry fee. 

Withdrawals made in writing within 45 Days to 30 Days will receive a 50% refund.

Any team withdrawing after INSIDE OF 30 DAYS will forfeit its entire entry fee. 

Paid entry fees are not transferable to another team within or outside of your club.

Processing fee is non-refundable.
